Where can I pick my order up locally?You will have the option to pick up your order in either Eaton, CO or Redfeather Lakes, CO. If you're in a surrounding area, we can most likely arrange a meetup for a small fee.

How long are caramel apples good for?Caramel apples are best consumed within 1-2 days post-delivery for optimal freshness. However, store them in the refrigerator to extend their shelf life.

How much does shipping cost?We mail through USPS or UPS (whichever is the lowest rate). So, standard shipping rates based on the delivery location and the weight of box.

Where do you ship?We currently only ship within Colorado.

How many people do your gourmet apples feed?In the short scheme of things, 1-3 people. We suggest using a sharp non-serrated knife to slice your apples (in a tic-tac-toe fromation with the stick being the middle square). Also, we do not suggest eating the whole apple off of the stick.

What kind of apples do you use?We only use the best Granny Smith apples. Each apple is handpicked by a member from our team. We believe they're the perfect option for our caramel apples as they're tart, which pairs perfectly with our buttery caramel.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
